JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Manage / Acccounts Payables / Tag And Title: All position requires someone with 3 plus years of experience in said position. Automotive administrative Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

 The Office Manager / Accounts Payables / Tag and Title the accounting operations of the business. He or she maintains an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. In addition, the Controller develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and/or at least five years of Dealership experience in a position of similar responsibility. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

 Auto Dealership experience is a MUST! Any candidate without automotive dealership Office Manager/Controller experience will not be considered.

 All candidates must pass a background and drug screening. All Full time employees are eligible for medical coverage after 90 days of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for all Departments Pay Plans to be Approved by Owner/GM and that prior to issuing any and all Compensation that they are Accurate and Verifiable.

• Receives all invoices, verifies their accuracy, and inputs them into the computer system

• Pays all bills in an accurate and timely manner

• Maintains the accounts payable ledger and helps maintain the general ledger

• Issues timely and complete financial statements

• Performs other duties as assigned/Payroll

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or Finance highly preferred or Substantial Experience within the Industry.

• Five years of automotive dealership accounts payable or general accounting experience

• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

• Experienced with business applications and accounting software

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately

• Strong data entry and management skills

• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

• Highly professional and dependable

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

   Shuttle passagers and cars to and from our remote parking lots and current dealerships

   Perform Dealer Exchanges in a timely and professional manner

• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)

• Controls service traffic flow, parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed. Parks vehicles after they have been written up

• Drive safely and reports any lot damage immediately. Zero lot damage is the goal and the expectation

• Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle for customer, thank customers for their business

• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service

• Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot

• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt.

• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

• Makes key tags for vehicles

• Maintains a professional appearance

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
